If the customer chooses to self-host Glean in their environment, then the Glean team will not have access to the customer’s data. If the customer chooses to host in Glean’s managed cloud environment, then the Glean team is bound by strict policies and rules that prevent access to the customer’s data unless necessary for debugging.
