Juliet Bramwell is the VP of EMEA at Glean. With extensive experience in the technology sector, Juliet has a proven track record of delivering high impact, growth and business results. Most recently, Juliet served as a Director in Google Cloud, where she played a key role in scaling the company from the ground up since 2016, helping key clients on their Cloud transformation journey such as Vodafone, BT, Sky and WPP. Prior to Google, she held leadership positions at Atos, Siemens and Computer Sciences Corporation. Passionate about building high performing and inclusive teams, Juliet is a trailblazer for culture and was an Advocate of the Year finalist for the UK Women in IT Awards.

Amar Maletira is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Glean where he oversees the go-to-market organization and overall company operations. Amar Maletira is a growth-oriented, transformation-focused technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading global, publicly listed companies through critical inflection points. He combines strategic clarity, operational rigor, and customer focus with a hands-on, execution-driven leadership style focused on value creation and strong team alignment. Most recently, Amar served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Rackspace Technology (NASDAQ: RXT), a $2.7B global hybrid cloud and AI solutions company. As CEO and previously President, he led a multi-year transformation that repositioned the business toward higher-growth offerings, an enterprise- and vertical-focused go-to-market model, and a scaled AI platform, while strengthening operating discipline and execution. Prior to Rackspace, Amar held senior leadership roles at Viavi Solutions (NASDAQ: VIAV) and Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ), where he led portfolio-shaping initiatives, acquisitions, and large-scale global transformations. He began his career in sales at HCL and Siemens, building a strong commercial foundation that continues to inform his customer-centric leadership approach. Amar currently serves on the Board of Directors of Celestica Inc. (NYSE: CLS), where he chairs the Audit Committee. He holds a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karnataka University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Brad Scott serves as the VP of Worldwide Sales at Glean, where he leads global sales strategy and execution. A seasoned sales leader and advisor with deep SaaS expertise spanning AI, data, and cybersecurity, Brad has built a career scaling high-growth startups, developing enterprise go-to-market strategies, and building world-class sales teams. Before taking on his current role, Brad served as Glean’s AVP of Sales for the Central region, driving adoption of the company’s Work AI platform across enterprise customers. Prior to Glean, he was RVP of Sales for Americas East at Veza, where he recruited and built the team across East and Central U.S., led 5X growth, closed the company’s largest ARR customers, and defined GTM strategy for enterprise sales. Brad spent nearly five years at Snowflake during its historic growth trajectory, serving as one of the company’s early sales leaders in the Central U.S. He closed two of the first multi-year transactions in company history, was named AE of the Year (Majors North Central), and helped establish Snowflake’s financial services vertical as a Global AE. Early in his career, Brad held sales leadership roles at Dell EMC, where he was a three-time President’s Club winner, as well as at Providus, Ontario Partners, and Robert Half Technology. Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University.
