James Pratama

James Pratama is a product manager, builder, and founder who brings a rare mix of product strategy, technical depth, and customer empathy to every challenge. He is currently on the Product team at Glean, where he is building the core primitives that help the platform scale its impact. Before that, he helped build Glean’s Forward Deployed Engineering initiative, partnering closely with customers to design products that solve real problems and create meaningful business value. Earlier in his career, James led product work at DataRobot and Traveloka, helping shape AI and consumer products at scale, and he also founded Redraft, an AI workspace for enterprise sellers that he designed, developed, and grew into a profitable product. He previously served as CEO and cofounder of Alohub, where he raised $2.2 million, led a team across design, engineering, marketing, and fundraising, and helped drive six figure GMV for local businesses. A former Indonesia national basketball team athlete, James brings leadership, resilience, and a strong bias for action to his work. He holds a BS in Data Analytics from Babson College and has completed additional training in data science, JavaScript, React, and responsive web design.
