Jessica Kwok

Jessica Kwok is a product leader with a background in software engineering and a passion for customer research, data, and the ways AI can transform how people work. At Glean, she helps shape products that make enterprise knowledge more accessible and actionable; previously, as a product leader on Microsoft PowerPoint, she drove AI- and LLM-powered presentation creation through Microsoft 365 Copilot, bringing new capabilities to customers at scale. She also led the launch of Aptos, Microsoft 365’s default font and theme, across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and developed enterprise solutions that improved presentation fidelity and reduced PowerPoint crash rates by more than 25%. With a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego, Jessica combines technical depth, customer insight, and a product-minded approach to building simple, delightful experiences—while staying curious about AI, the outdoors, and dogs.
