Michael Miao is the VP of Finance and Business Operations at Glean, where he oversees Strategic Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations. Michael has over a decade of experience in both operating and investing roles and is focused on helping Glean make smart financial decisions to maximize growth and efficiency. Before joining Glean, Michael was a Partner at IVP, a multi-stage Venture Capital firm where he led investments in late-stage technology companies. Prior to that, he spent two years at Dropbox as an early employee on their Strategic Finance team. Michael began his career in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank after he graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration.
