Shraddha Pai

Shraddha Pai is a Technical Program Manager at Glean, where she helps build AI products that connect people, knowledge, and action. With nearly 15 years of experience spanning software engineering, quality engineering, and program management, she previously led camera software, image quality, and product evaluation initiatives at Apple—including the Dual Capture Video program for iPhone 17—and has delivered complex, cross-functional launches across engineering, hardware, design, quality, and product marketing. Known for turning complexity into clarity, Shraddha brings strengths in strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, data-driven decision-making, team leadership, and developing high-performing teams. Her journey also includes engineering and program roles at Deutsche Bank, early technical work at Siemens and Credit Suisse, and leadership in diversity, inclusion, and cultural engagement. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, a Diploma in Java Technologies from NIIT, and Harvard Business School Online’s Credential of Readiness, and is a Toastmasters International Competent Leader.
