Glean Appoints Francesca Moore to Lead Australia and New Zealand

Glean strengthens its investment in ANZ with an experienced enterprise software leader to help scale its growing momentum across the region
SYDNEY, Australia - October 14, 2026 - Glean, the trusted context and intelligence layer for enterprise AI, today announced the appointment of Francesca Moore as Vice President of Sales for Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Moore will lead Glean’s ANZ business, including go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, and the continued growth of the company’s regional team.
The appointment marks an important step in Glean’s continued investment in ANZ, where enterprises are moving quickly from AI experimentation toward scaled adoption and looking for ways to turn AI into measurable business outcomes.
That need is particularly acute in Australia. Glean’s Work AI Index found Australian workers spend an average of 6.5 hours a week making AI usable - more time than they spend using AI to do work. Yet only 10% say their organisation is performing significantly better as a result of AI.
As adoption accelerates, context is becoming increasingly critical. Powerful models alone are not enough; enterprise AI needs to understand a company’s knowledge, people, permissions, and workflows to deliver useful, reliable results. Glean provides that context and intelligence layer, helping organizations connect AI to how work actually gets done.
“Australia and New Zealand is an important growth market for Glean, and we’re investing for the long term,” said Amar Maletira, COO, Glean. “Francesca brings a strong track record of scaling enterprise technology businesses in ANZ, building high-performing teams, and earning the trust of customers. She will play an important role in growing Glean’s business across the region and helping more organizations deploy AI that is grounded in the context of their business and built to deliver real value.”
Moore joins Glean with deep experience in enterprise software and regional leadership. Most recently, she served as Regional Vice President for APAC at Grafana Labs, where she led the business across the region. Previously, she held regional leadership roles at MongoDB and AppDynamics, building teams and customer relationships across Australia and APAC.
“Australia and New Zealand are at an important inflection point with enterprise AI,” said Moore. “Organizations are moving beyond pilots and asking how AI can deliver meaningful value across the business. What stood out to me about Glean is its ability to give AI the enterprise context it needs to be genuinely useful. I’m excited to work with our customers, partners, and team across the region as we scale.”
As Glean expands across ANZ, the company will continue investing in the regional team, deepening customer relationships, and helping enterprises build the context and intelligence foundation they need to deploy AI at scale.
