Piyush Sharma is a seasoned engineering leader with more than 16 years of experience building and scaling SaaS and AI products at companies including LinkedIn, Glint, WalmartLabs, and now Glean, where he works as a Software Engineer focused on bringing Work AI to life. He has helped launch GenAI capabilities such as AccountIQ and Seller Agent for LinkedIn Sales Navigator, led teams that delivered large scale systems with strong user impact, and built a reputation for growing strong engineering organizations and improving operational excellence across teams. With deep expertise spanning cloud infrastructure, security, networking, and product development, Piyush brings a rare mix of technical depth, product instinct, and leadership. He holds a master’s degree in Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University, a B.E. in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, and a Leadership in Tech certification from LinkedIn.
