Seema Jethani is a seasoned product leader with over 12 years of experience in building and scaling AI-powered products and data platforms. Seema has led teams of PMs, engineers, designers, data scientists, and AI researchers. Their work has focused on driving initiatives related to Search, Notifications, Messaging, and Buyer Intent at LinkedIn across both enterprise and consumer businesses. Seema is currently a Product Leader at Glean, where they have been instrumental in launching Glean Agents and hitting $100M ARR. Seema's career includes significant roles such as Principal Product Manager for Consumer Search and Group Product Manager for LinkedIn Sales Solutions. They have also played key leadership roles at eBay, where they launched the visual search experience, and at Basho Technologies, overseeing product strategy and roadmap development. Seema holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where they were a Fuqua Scholar, and a Master's in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. Outside of their professional career, Seema serves as Vice-Chair of the Board for the Pacific Forest Trust, focusing on conservation efforts.
