SPONSOR

This Glean Demo Incentive (the “Program”) is sponsored by Glean Technologies, Inc. (“Glean” or “Sponsor”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

PROGRAM PERIOD

The Program begins November 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends January 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Program Period”). To qualify, a participant must submit a demo request and complete the demo no later than January 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping devices for the Program.

ELIGIBILITY

The Program is open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements (“Eligible Participants”): (a) are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of submission; (b) are legal residents of the United States; (c) are employed by a private-sector organization with more than 1,500 employees in a role with authority to evaluate, recommend, or approve technology purchases, as reasonably verified by Sponsor; (d) submit a valid demo request during the Program Period; (e) complete a product demo with Sponsor by the qualifying deadline stated above; and (f) are permitted under their employer’s policies to accept the Reward. The following are not eligible: employees, officers, and contractors of any federal, state, local, or tribal government entity, public school or university, or other public-sector body; employees of Sponsor’s current customers; employees of Sponsor’s competitors; employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and podcast partners and hosts involved in the Program; and the immediate family and household members of each. By accepting the Reward, each participant represents that acceptance complies with their employer’s policies and applicable law.The Program is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate, visit a Glean podcast campaign landing page during the Program Period, complete the required fields on the demo-request form, and complete a demo. All information provided must be valid, truthful, and current. Limit one (1) submission and one (1) reward per person. Duplicate or incomplete submissions may be disqualified. Sponsor may decline any submission that does not meet the eligibility requirements.

INCENTIVE

After Sponsor verifies that an Eligible Participant completed a qualifying demo, at minimum, the first 10 Eligible Participants will receive one (1) pair of JBL Live 780NC Over-Ear Wireless Headphones (approximate retail value: $289.35) (the “Reward”). Sponsor will ship the Reward to a U.S. street address provided by the participant within approximately four (4) weeks after verification. If Sponsor cannot reach a participant or the Reward is returned as undeliverable after reasonable efforts, and the participant does not respond within thirty (30) days of Sponsor’s last attempt, the Reward will be forfeited. The Reward is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may not be substituted except that Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if the stated Reward becomes unavailable. Any issuer or manufacturer terms applicable to the Reward also apply. Limit one Reward per person.

TAXES

Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes or other costs associated with accepting or using the Reward.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected by Sponsor will be used to administer the Program and for marketing purposes as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://www.glean.com/privacy-policy, as supplemented by the Notice of Financial Incentive below. Participants may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages.

NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE (CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS)

Summary. The Reward is offered in exchange for completing a demo and providing the personal information requested on the demo-request form, which Sponsor uses to administer the Program and to market its products and services.

Categories of personal information. Identifiers (such as name, business email address, and phone number), professional or employment-related information (such as employer, job title, and company size), and internet or network activity collected on the landing page.

Opt-in and withdrawal. Participation is voluntary. A participant opts in by checking the consent box on the demo-request form. A participant may withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@glean.com or by following the unsubscribe instructions in Sponsor’s marketing emails. Withdrawing after the Reward is earned will not affect delivery of the Reward.

Value of the data. Sponsor estimates the value of a participant’s personal information to be approximately equal to the retail value of the Reward, $289.35, based on Sponsor’s estimated cost of acquiring a qualified demo through this and comparable marketing programs. Sponsor considers this value reasonably related to the value of the data to Sponsor.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on matters relating to the Program. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the submission process or Program operation, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or abusive manner. The use of multiple identities, automated systems, bots, or other devices to obtain more than the permitted number of submission or Rewards is prohibited.

PROGRAM CHANGES

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program, or for any other reason permitted by law. If the Program cannot be conducted as planned, Sponsor may take appropriate action, subject to applicable law. Any modification, suspension, or termination will not affect a Reward earned by an Eligible Participant who completed a qualifying demo, or who submitted a valid demo request, before notice of the change was posted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or unintelligible submissions; technical or network failures; unauthorized access to or alteration of submissions; or errors in Program materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and these parties from claims arising out of participation in the Program or acceptance, possession, or use of the Reward, except to the extent caused by their fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law, or where such release is otherwise prohibited by law.

DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and the Program are governed by the internal laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
