Enterprise AI Needs an Ecosystem. The Glean Partner Network Is Built to Help Deliver It.

Enterprise AI is moving into the flow of work. Our new global partner program gives organizations more ways to build, deploy, and grow with trusted expertise.

Enterprise AI is entering a more practical phase.

Companies are moving beyond isolated pilots and putting AI to work across the business. That means connecting multiple models, clouds, applications, data sources, permissions, and workflows. It also means making sure the systems people rely on are secure, governed, and useful in the context of their work.

No single team can do all of that alone. Partners play an important role in helping organizations decide where AI can create value, connect it to the systems already in place, launch new use cases, and drive adoption over time.

The work is interconnected. A partner might build an agent, develop a connector, help sell the solution, lead the deployment, and support the customer after launch. Yet many partner programs still separate those contributions into different lanes.

Today, at the inaugural Glean:GO Partner Summit, we are introducing the Glean Partner Network, our official global partner program. It brings the partner pathways, expertise, and resources we have built into one global ecosystem, with more ways for partners to create value for customers and grow their businesses with Glean.

A program designed around how partners actually work

The Glean Partner Network gives organizations flexibility in how they engage with Glean. Partners can participate through Referral, Commercial, Services & Solutions, and Technology pathways, and they can take part in more than one.

That matters because partner businesses do not fit neatly into a single category. A consultancy may also build technology. A software company may co-sell a solution. A reseller may deliver implementation and adoption services. The program is designed to support that range of work instead of asking partners to choose one identity and stay in one lane.

The network is open to resellers and value-added resellers, services firms and consultancies, systems integrators and global systems integrators, software and product partners, cloud and strategic technology partners, and private equity partners.

More ways to support customers across the AI journey

Partners can work with Glean across five areas: Build, Sell, Deliver, Operate, and Innovate.

  • Build: Develop agents, connectors, and other capabilities that extend what Glean can do for customers.
  • Sell: Co-sell and transact Glean solutions with organizations looking to put enterprise AI into practice.
  • Deliver: Lead implementation, deployment, and adoption so customers can move from ambition to results.
  • Operate: Provide ongoing AI services and help customers manage solutions in real-world environments.
  • Innovate: Create new industry and customer solutions that address specific business needs.

These areas reflect the full lifecycle of enterprise AI. Customers need more than a technology decision. They need help turning that decision into a working solution that people trust and use.

Making partner expertise easier to recognize

As the partner ecosystem grows, customers need a clear way to understand who has the right experience for the work in front of them.

More than 2,000 Glean accreditations have already been earned across sales, technical, and delivery disciplines. Self-service programs establish a baseline of readiness, while tiered Boost Camps give partners a path to deeper training.

The network also introduces competencies in Agent Building, Custom Connectors, and Embedded Experiences. These competencies help partners demonstrate specialized capabilities and give customers more confidence when choosing an expert to support their goals.

Creating room for partners to grow

The Glean Partner Network is built to support business growth, not just individual transactions.

Partners can co-sell and transact Glean, deliver implementation and adoption services, build technology extensions and joint solutions, and access opportunities such as deal registration, market development funds, and co-marketing. As partners build capabilities and deliver customer impact, Glean will increase its sales, technical, marketing, and executive support alongside them.

That model creates a stronger connection between partner investment and customer outcomes. The more expertise partners build and the more value they deliver, the more opportunity there is to grow together.

A better path to customer outcomes

For customers, the value of a strong partner ecosystem comes down to speed, fit, and confidence.

The right partner can help an organization shape its AI strategy, connect Glean to the systems that matter, build an agent for a specific workflow, or operate services after deployment. Customers can find expertise that matches the job instead of starting from scratch every time.

For Glean, the network expands our reach and delivery capacity. It helps more customers access the practical expertise needed to deploy enterprise AI successfully and continue finding new ways to use it.

Enterprise AI will not be defined by a single model or a single implementation. It will be shaped by how well companies bring together technology, people, and partners around the work that matters most.

The Glean Partner Network is designed for that reality. By giving partners more ways to build with Glean and customers more ways to find trusted expertise, we can help more organizations move from AI plans to measurable progress.

Work AI that works.
