The opportunity
As Wunderkind expanded its AI efforts, the team saw that standalone AI tools could solve narrow tasks, but often lacked the business context needed for more strategic, cross-functional work. They wanted a more connected approach that could reduce manual effort, improve information flow, and help teams move faster together.
Wunderkind started with practical, high-value use cases for their sales teams where AI could immediately remove friction. Over time, Glean became a broader operating layer across the company — supporting teams in sales, HR, finance, and operations with knowledge access, content generation, automation, and decision support.
The impact
Today, Wunderkind has deployed more than 650 AI agents across the business. These agents are saving thousands of hours through automation while also helping teams onboard faster, reduce unnecessary meetings, and move from insight to action much more quickly.
Sales emerged as an early example of impact, with Glean helping teams tailor content, use historical deal context, identify blockers sooner, and strengthen account planning while following Wunderkind’s sales methodology. Wunderkind’s IT and Customer Support teams have also used Glean to achieve much faster ticket resolution times and improved efficiency.
Across the business, teams are also using AI to draft copy, analyze data, generate predictions, and speed up execution and decision-making. Employee onboarding has accelerated from months to days, and teams are able to respond to business changes in near real time.
