- Glean has surpassed $200M in ARR just nine months after crossing $100M, reflecting rapid global adoption across NA, Europe, and APAC as enterprises move from AI pilots to AI‑driven daily operations.
- This growth is powered by useful, agentic Work AI: nearly 200 product improvements this fiscal year, expanded Glean Agents as an open horizontal platform, a third‑generation Glean Assistant for deeper reasoning, and over 250M agentic actions executed on top of 27B+ indexed documents across 100+ connectors and a strong ecosystem of partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Databricks, Dell, Snowflake, Workday, and others).
- Glean is seeing strong engagement and external recognition — company‑wide deployments more than doubled, $1M+ customers nearly tripled, users average five queries/day with 40% wDAU/wMAU, and the company is recognized by CNBC Disruptor 50, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies, Gartner Tech Innovator in Agentic AI, Bloomberg’s top AI startups, and Forbes AI 50 and Cloud 100—while staying focused on building the most trusted, useful systems for the next decade of AI at work.
Today we’re marking an important milestone on our journey: Glean has surpassed $200M in ARR, just nine months after crossing $100M. This is not about a number—it’s about the momentum we’re seeing as enterprises move past AI pilots and into operating models where AI drives real outcomes every day. We’re seeing that shift across North America, Europe, and Asia‑Pacific, where employees rely on Glean to find what they need, make better decisions, and get work done faster.
The reason is simple: useful AI at work must understand your context, plan, act, and show its work. This fiscal year, we’ve already shipped nearly 200 product improvements, expanded Glean Agents as an open, horizontal environment to build, deploy, and govern interoperable, enterprise‑safe agents, and upgraded our platform with our third‑generation Glean Assistant for deeper reasoning and orchestration.
Customers have already executed more than 250 million agentic actions on Glean, powered by a foundation that securely connects to what companies know—27B+ indexed documents across 100+ connectors, with strict, end‑to‑end permissions. This ecosystem is strengthened by our partnerships with AWS, Google, Microsoft, Databricks, Dell Technologies, Palo Alto Networks, Snowflake, Workday, and others, helping our customers bring Work AI to every layer of their stack.
That product velocity and platform strength are translating to real adoption: we’ve more than doubled company‑wide deployments, nearly tripled our $1M+ segment, and we continue to see habitual engagement at scale—employees average five queries per day with an industry‑leading 40% wDAU/wMAU.
It’s energizing to see the broader community recognize this inflection point as well—from CNBC’s Disruptor 50 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies to Gartner’s Tech Innovator in Agentic AI, Bloomberg’s “AI startups to watch,” and the Forbes AI 50 and Cloud 100.
But we’re still in the early days of what AI will do for work. The next decade won’t be defined by who builds the biggest model; it will be defined by who builds the most trusted and useful systems on top of them. That’s where we’re focused.
Thank you to our customers, partners, and community for the trust you’ve placed in us — you’ve all helped us reach this milestone and your commitment to Glean drives our joint success.
