Zubin Irani

Zubin Irani is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, and revenue leader with more than 25 years of experience turning partnerships, AI innovation, and enterprise technology into scalable growth. As VP of Partnerships at Glean, he leads the global partner ecosystem across cloud providers, systems integrators, consulting firms, and technology alliances—building co-sell motions, expanding market reach, and helping enterprises achieve meaningful outcomes with AI. Previously, Zubin co-founded and led Cprime from startup to a global technology services company with more than 600 employees, guided multiple acquisitions and successful exits, and served as CRO at SoundHound AI, where he scaled the revenue organization from 8 to 70 in six months. His expertise spans go-to-market strategy, channel development, enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, AI-powered revenue operations, and organizational design. Zubin holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, along with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Systems from the University of Southern California.
